Tuesday...We're getting there!!
 

Hey girls...

Today did not start out a good day. We sold hubby's truck on the weekend so now we have only my car so I had to drive him to work this am. That isn't bad but on the way home came across a piece of machinery that had separated from a trailer and I was held up in stand still traffic for 25 minutes while a whole bunch of men stood around contemplating the situation. Finally they decided to let traffis through. This was during rush hour traffic and the machinery was not blocking the road...just the men were!!!! and their flashing lights!

Then I got home and the power went out twice this am before I went to work.

Oh well, maybe today is really monday and no one told me!

I am doing pretty good for food this week. A couple of slip ups but they were planned so that is not as bad. I don't know if I ahve lost or not. I get weighed on thursday.I won't weigh myself until thursday morning.

I am so glad to hear some of you doing so well. I wish I could lose 4.5 lbs in a week but then again if I really busted my butt I would now wouldn't I? I guess that is the answer. I am in this for the long haul and I am ready for slow steady progress!

Yes, I did lose 4.5 pounds last week but only b/c I had gained for a couple weeks.... But I am really doing good now and it is paying off!

Sorry you had such a bad day! :) Hopefully tomorrow will be better for you!
