Some of your cold weather has rubbed off on me!!! It is 47 here today! Talk about Louisiana weather for ya' !
I bought the Crunch Fat Burning Pilates DVD last night from Wal-Mart. It is the first time I have ever done Pilates. I have to say I enjoyed it. I have not been working out like I should and I love working out. It makes me feel great.
I have to catch up on some of hubby's bookwork so I will check back in later
