Ok Ladies! Hope you have had a great week! It is almost over! How is everyone doing?
We went to the seafood buffet last night. Buffets always kill your eating plan. I didn't do too badly. I did have a diet coke and I did not eat any of my favorite stuffed potatoes like I love :love: I ate boiled shrimp, boiled crawfish, and a salad. The only thing I should not have eaten was the fried fish but I didn't eat that much. Just need extra water today to flush out all that salt. :dizzy: Have a great on plan day! I lost 1.5 lbs. at weigh-in this morning. But my second week on SB isn't up until Monday, then I'll know how much I lost for the first 2 weeks on South Beach.
