THANK GOODNESS IT'S FRIDAY! HEEELLLLOOO Everyone! It is kind of scary that it is 4 : 00 am and I am perky......LOL Well, I am totally on plan this week. It is a new week and I am determined to lose my 10 lbs. for Easter. You know I figured, Oh 10 lbs. in 13 weeks, No big deal but I still have 2 or 3 to go and Easter is creeping up on me. I hope we have another challenge. Let me know ! I am determined to lose again this week. I don't know why but I am just so phyced. I only have 4.75 pounds to go until I get to what I weight before both my boys. That is what I weighed when I joined TOPS. It is better than what it was when I joined here. I am getting so much inspiration from you! It is Friday and I hope everyone is doing great! Get into it this week and LET'S SEE SOME LOSSES!!!!!!!!!! Penny

Yes, TGIF. Just seemed like yesterday we were saying the same thing. Time sure is passing.

congrats on everything. It's good to here someone being so purkey.
I will be making my meeting this Monday. And I will probably stay the same. I hope not a gain. I do really well durning the day, but that night thing just does me in. But I'm making small changes. Each day I'm trying to make sure that I do something (to help lose) and stick with it. Example drink all my water, next day make sure I walk or exercise ect.

You are doing great. I am glad to hear that you are on plan. And yes you will make your kops this year I am sure of it. We will do this together. I hope you are having a great day. You wouldn't see me up at that hour.LOL

Hi everyone - I have been missing all week but finally got a chance to get on the board. I didn't weigh in on tues as I had to take my mom in for day surgery. Well when we got there she had to stay in and they are hoping to operate tonight or tomorrow. Our nurses are going on strike next week and they are trying to push this through as fast as they can and then send her home - to me actually. She is having a colostophy (sp?) and I am not equipped to look after her when she comes out but will have to do the best we can. Of course it never rains but pours - my husband is also off on strike starting monday. Honestly they might as well just have the province go off on holidays all at once.

I see that Eleni hasn't posted for a bit. she must be real busy at work.
For everyone else some of you are doing so good - congrats and I know that others like me are struggling but just hang in there.

I may not post too much the next few days but I will be reading the posts. May the next one be a good week for all....later.........

It is Friday! Where is everyone at?? I am logging in often this week to keep myself occupied. I am not going to go off plan all week. I am going to try my hardest to stay on plan this week to see if the scale is nice to me. I have done great today and have not put anything into my mouth that I should not. I usually sneak at least one thing a day I shouldn't. So I am not going to. I am going to try soooo hard. I want to get to goal so bad I can taste it......LOL Well, I am at work so see you later......... Penny

I was off today but we had a lot of running around to do and this is the first that I am home for long.

Penny......glad to see you are so perky.....I wouldn't have been at 4 in the morning. You will lose the 4.75 pounds before you know it. That is a great goal to have right now. I like having small goals and then I feel I have acheived something.

Wendy....the night time snacking can do you in. I find weekends the hardest. During the week I don't have a lot of time to sit around and eat but I do tend to snack more on the weekend. You may want to just have healthy snacks so you can still snack but not take in a lot of calories. I think it is wise to try and make small changes. When you try to do too much it becomes overwhelming.

Sherri.....congrats on the loss. Glad to see you are back on track.

Donna.....sorry to hear things aren't going so well. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Are you going to be okay with your husband on strike? Hopefully the strikes won't last long. We still have our transit strike here. Hope all goes well with your mom. Don't forget to look after yourself too.

I guess I should go. I have some things to still do today that I had hoped to do earlier. Hope everyone has a great weekend and I will be back later.
