How is your weekend going! Yea! We have some rain! :rain:
Not much, but any is appreciated. It is sooooo dry here.

Hope you are all staying warm, seems like our friends in the northeast and northwest are having some very cold weather. :eek: When I listen to the news and hear how cold it is, I am really glad I live where I do. We have extremely hot weather in the summer, but I can take that better than the cold.

:cheer: Come on ladies, let's get with the exercising and what ever eating program you are doing. Let's have some good weight losses. Remember, "If It Is To Be, It's Up To ME". We are have SRD's coming up. Set a goal for what you want to weigh by then and make that your priority. Do this for yourself! How many are planning to go to SRD?

:) HI, we have 12 going to our SRD this year. got 2 houses rented. going to be a ball its on the coast. so a 2 nites we stay. can hardly wait. is in May.. when is yours?? i plan to be a KOPS by then. my first time have been a member for this is 39 years. so is time. the new rule that just started helped me as one so much. love it. i am so excited. never been this close. good luck to all. have a good week, LaDean

I loss 1.75 this week ;)

Good morning from very wet Florida. It started raining hard during the night and just now quit. This was longest and hardest rain we have had in a long time. The birds are making a loud racket outside so they must have liked it.
Even with the rain it is still nice as we are having nice temps. I don't like being cold either.
Our SRD is in April. I don't know how many are going.We don't usually have a big crowd.We average around 7 or 8. I love the SRD's and look forward to them each year.
I am doing good with weight and my drawing class.I am enjoying the class very much.The teacher is very good and very patient.
Pian lessons will start in Feb sometime.
Well I sleep late today and need to get some things done. Have a good day ;)
