Summer- i'm with sherri, you do have so much on you girl. And you are definately a blessing to many.

Nita-I'm doing the same thing you are with the book. It has a lot to soak in, and i'm reading things a couple of times.
One thing i like about the book it is easy reading. No big words, just gotta keep reading it to soak it in. I actually got the book at walmart for just over $17.00, i liked that. I also go the other book he has from the library, books on tapes, and I will be reading that sort of speaking on the way to and from work.

Thanks. I am doing the best I can with what I have to work with. I can't wait in a way to go to the nutritionalist then I will know exactly what I need to eat. Hopefully the numbers will come down but with the stress that isn't helping I know.
I did read some more of the book last night. I have so much on my mind right now it really isn't soaking in like it should. I will have to reread the 1st chapter once I finish it. I do like it and there are a lot of great points. Like wendy said it is easy reading which helps a lot. I am not a big reader. I am slow.LOL
