yesterday's fall rally day
 

I went to Fall Rally Day yesterday. It was wonderful! Lyn VanLare, NYS TOPS King for this year, was the speaker. He gave a wonderful speech! In the afternoon session, the emcee gave a speech on the importance of getting a mammogram and breast self-examination. Her speech was wonderful, too! Summer's Best Loser from all the chapters were honored. Virginia Lattimore, who is a member of the chapter that I currently belong to, was the one of who lost the most weight in the counties that were represented there. KOPS were honored. The chapters celebrating their 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 years as a chapter were honored.

Sounds like you had a great time. I am glad. I know when I went to fall rally it was really motivating for me. How are you doing? Haven't heard from you much. I hope all is well.

it was wonderful! i'm doing okay. i haven't been posting much because i have been very busy. i could have kicked myself yesterday. i went to the drug store yesterday to drop off my phone bill. when i was at the counter, i realized that i forgot to bring the roll of film i finished at rally day. i took the roll of film up there today.
