Morning all,
Well I did so well yesterday I have no idea how I ended up gaining weight. But I came in with a 4 lb loss this week. I am happy with that. I would have liked to see the full 7 lb loss but oh well. At least it is a loss and I am heading in the right direction. I am going to stick to the plan like glue today and this week. Have a great day all. Sherri |

The weight will come off...dont worry :D Well I had my first weigh in at Curves and ladies I am exstatic!! I lost overall 3 1/4 inches and 3 1/2 pounds of body fat :D:D only one pound but hey 3 1/2 pounds of body fat is a whole CAN of Crisco!!! So I went and bought one :lol: and put it where I can see it so that I will stay motivated ;) Hope you are all having an awsome day And know I am rooting for each of you! |

That is awesome girl. I know I miss going myself. I would agree with you that the amount lost in body fat and inches far outweighs the scale. You are doing awesome keep it up. On plan so far for the day. Sherri |

Welcome to our club girl. Like christian said feel free to jump in anytime. If there isn't a thread started for the day then start one. I look forward to getting to know you as well. What are you doing for a weightloss plan. There are many different plans among all of us here. I am doing the WW 123 plan and others are doing the new plan with the flex points. Christian did you have an on plan day girl? I ended the day with 28 pts so I am right on target for the day. Off to a great start of the week. Have a great night all. The kiddies are off to bed and I can finally relax :) I turtled this week (yippee :spin: ) since I wasn't really behaving too well I'm happy with that! I did finally get the boys outside over the weekend and get some exercise. It's been so cold lately - about 10-15 degrees below normal for this time of year. This week it's actually supposed to get up into the upper 60's to low 70's. Woo hoo -- it'll be summer again for a few days :D Don't like to take the little guy out in the cold. Sherri - 4 pounds is great & sticking OP will help you have a wonderful pregnancy ... lots of veggies & milk/yogurt!!:bb: Christie - a whole can of Crisco ?? You go girl! :strong: :cb: Jina, welcome! I've only been around the boards for a couple of weeks & everyone has been very supportive and extra friendly! Looking forward to learning more about you. ;) I'm loosely following the WW points plan (when I keep track :( ) and am contemplating trying the south beach. Don't know if I can keep such a strict diet the first 2 weeks yet. I'll have to check it out further and see. Anyway, welcome :D Time to read the mail and get to bed! Take care all! Thanks for the warm welcome!! I have just started following the Atkins Diet. So far, so good. I just haven't been that hungry today, which I guess is a good sign. But, I'll have to see how the rest of the week goes.
I had been trying to eat healthier on my own. That hadn't been too successful as of late. I always seemed to be hungry and miserable. So, hopefully I made a good change. Take care, Jina |
