I'am new here and would love some support with weight loss,haven't even tried for a long time but I figure if I dont do it now at 47 I never will.

Welcome to the boards. It is never too late to start on a healthy journey.

We are very supportive and a very caring group. If we all stick together we will all meet our goals.

It is always nice to have a new person here. We can use all the support we can get.

If you don't belong to tops you should try and find one in your area. If you go to the TOPS webpage you can put in your zip code and it will show you the chapters in your area. It is very affordable and very motivating and supportive group.
