Yes it is unbelievable how much I eat and the scale is dropping every day. I am doing WW and I am around 25 - 26 pts a day and losing. It is the only way I have ever really lost weight. I love the plan because you can eat what you want and nothing is illegal. So you don't feel deprived at all. Driver beware on those roads now that your grandson has his license. It is a big thing for him and everyone around him. You are continuing to do great. You keep up the great work.

Summer,

Wow snow already. I can never believe how short your summer really is. You hardly ever get one.LOL Better you then me. But it is cooling down here as well but nothing like up there in the mountains. You keep warm. You have to take the reigns girl and get your emotions under control and your eating. Here is your kick in the butt you need to get moving. You can do this you have what it takes. Remember you were a kops you can do it again.

I have my dr's appt today to confirm the preg. test. I am excited about that. Went to look at a van last night I think I have it worked out so I can get it. I will know shortly. It has everything in it I wanted except for the CD player and I have one so we just have to put it in. It is dark blue with the dark blue interior. A 2001 grand caravan with the 2 sliding doors. I am excited.
I put megan in the bus this morning. She went right on didn't even get to give her a kiss and hug but I did that before he came. She got on the bus with 2 other kids and one was a little girl in 1st grade. So they sat together and she was ready. So that went well. I can't wait to hear about her first day tonight.

Hi all,
where is everyone tonight. The boards are getting quiet again.
It is confirmed. I am pregnant. So I have to start with all the paperwork and testing on Sept 25th.
I was so excited to get home tonight. Megan gave me an ear full about school today. She was so excited. She really liked school and loved riding the bus with her new friend. She said mom I didn't even cry today. I said that is great honey I am so proud of you and I am. She is growing up too fast.

More good news today. I am getting a new van on saturday morning. Today turned out to be a great day.
I go on saturday night up in a hot air balloon for the sun set. I am excited about that.

Life is starting to turn around for the good again, I am glad it has been a long time coming.

Talk to you all tomorrow hope you are all doing great. I stayed on plan again today.

:cheers:Sherri, CONGRATULATIONS!!! Sounds like you have had a good day. Good news and Megan happy and excited about school. And a new van in the future! I am so proud for you.

I sorta went on ww for a while, but never got all of the points down and didn't know how to figure them. I almost joined ww just to get the program. But I finally started on sorta Atkins. By that I mean, I just cut way back on carbs and ate only high fiber bread and some fruit. Then my friend gave me a South Beach book. With that and a book that on carbs, I finally lost weight.
I really have no problem with hunger or feeling deprived.

Are you still going to TOPS? Do I remember you saying that you had dropped out?

Oh, my weigh in was tonight and I had a turtle! But I really haven't eaten right this week. I am going to work on getting to 7 below before our ARD which is the last Sat. of Sept. So keep your fingers crossed for me.

I joined Curves yesterday and start this morning , am hoping it is the trick to getting rid of this extra fat and gaining a little muscle, wish me luck guys!!!:jig:
