1 slice lite toast .5 applesauce 1 pt 2.5pts 2 extra thin slices of turkey 1 pt lunch- 2 hardshell tacos from taco bell 7 pts Supper - 1 ortega hard taco shells 1 pts 2 oz 96% lean ground beef 2 pts 1/4 cup 2%cheese 2 pts salsa FREE!! and lettuce Free! 6pts snacks- cup of grapes 1 pt skinny chips 1 cup with 2 tbls bean dip 1.5 pts ff chocolate pudding 2 pts snacksize bag of 94% ff popcorn 1.5 2 ff fudgesicles 1.5 can you tell I am in the mood for mexican LOL 22 total points for the day ;) |

Ok here I am and I AM going to make it through today if it is tyhe last thing I do LOL
Breakfast- 1 egg and 1 cup ff hashbrowns 3 pts lunch- 6 point meal supper- 1 cup spagetti 6 pts 1 low fat breadstick 1 pt 1 slice ff homeade lemon pie 3 pts 10 points (we have company tonight) snacks- (remember I am craving chocolate like a madman!) 1 yoo hoo lite 1 pt 1 fudge philly bar 1pt actally about a 1/2 but I will put one 1 cup grapes 1 pt 1 cup skinny corn chips 1 pt 1 kudos snickers 2 pt which totals to 25 points exactly and my limit is 27 at the most.....Thank the good Lord I have never hit it :lol: |

My computer has been out since Saturday night and I am WAY behind LOL So here was todays.... Breakfast- small cereal bar 1 pt 1 bite apple pie 1pt lunch- 1 taco 4 pts 1/4 cup beans 3 pts 12 chips 5 pts 4 tbls cheesedip 3 pts 15 pts dinner- 4 pt meal snacks- 3 cups ff popcorn 1.5 1 yoo hoo 1 pt 1 cup skinny corn chips 1 pt 24.50 too close for comfort BUT I did it :D |
