I am off to visit businesses today. I am so excited. I hope everything goes well. It is my first time out in the field.

I did great yesterday. I exercised twice and I was very low in points for the day. I am going to have a great loss this week.

I hope everyone else is doing great also.

Hello everyone,

I'm back.....sorry I was MIA for so long. My daughter is somewhat better. Not as much as I would like considering her last shots were yesterday. Now my oldest and I have something. Unfortunately those with pneumonia, that are debilitated to start with, can catch other illnesses even easier, so I am holding my breath. I have to do EVERYTHING for her everyday, so when she gets sick, I'm even busier than normal. We refuse to put her in the hospital since I can give her better care at home and we have all the equipment. If she ever goes in, you will know that things are very dire. I always put her needs before me because she can't do anything, so I have neglected myself. She has the neatest, sweetest, personality, never judgemental.....a true angel. Thought I would just give you a VERY small idea of what I go through daily.

My eating has not been good....those stupid brownies started a bad spiral downward. My body feels very old from all the stress, so doing Richard has been hard to impossible. Had my daughters physical therapist work on my shoulders....can't even lay on my sides....Gee, I'm falling a part and just realized that this has been a downer of a posting. Sorry :blush:.....Now onto better things

Sounds like so many are back on track... Sherri, Penny, Christian, Eleni...... Congrats to all...and any that I have missed. I didn't take notes while I was catching up on the threads so Excuse me if I didn't mention you all......and Welcome to all the new members.

Hi Summer,

Don't worry about your plan right now. You have a lot on your plate. Just try and make wise food choices and that should help. You have no reason not to.LOL I know you have a lot to do everyday with your daughter. You are an angel yourself for being able to care for her like you do.
Don't worry when everything settles down you will get back on track. We will all be here for you. You won't lose your KOPS status. We won't let you. We will hound you until you get back on track.LOL
Take care of you. You aren't any good to your daughter if you are sick to. That is why it is so important to give yourself some time for you to relax and try to get rid of some of the stress.

Take care and it is glad to hear from you. I was wondering how you and your daughter were doing.
