Good Morning It looks like we are going to get more rain here shortly.I will have to hurry if I get my swim in. So far the weekend has been nice.
Went to my piano lesson yesterday and he said he might have an opening on Monday nights for me and only other lady that came. That way I will have all of my Sat. off.
Have slowly been getting back to my exercising.
Have just found out that all my email is not coming thru. I have had several people send me an email to my gte and also one to my yahoo so I can find out which ones are not coming thru. If you have sent me anything to the gte and I did not respond send me a private message and I will give you my yahoo address. If I can't get it fixed I may have to change my address. Computers are great but can be aggravating also.
We will go to the movies this afternoon and I get to pick. I want to see SPY KIds as I saw one and they are a cute movie. Plus it has Bandaras and Stalone in it. Bill will be thrilled

Congrats on the loss for the end of july that is awesome. And you thought you were doing bad. I gained this month. I am finally starting to lose again and I hope to continue.

Congrats on your loss for the week. Like coco said our bodies do have to adjust to losing weight. You have been doing so well keep it up. You will have plateaus from time to time but don't let them discourage you. The street party sounded like a lot of fun. Glad you got out to enjoy yourself.

Welcome back girl. I will have to give you a call and see what is happening in your busy life. I can't believe it is aug already either. My little one starts kindergarten in 4 weeks. Hard to believe it went so fast. You can get back on track. Don't think of the weight you gained. Start fresh and keep away from the carbs like you did before. That will eliminate your cravings and help you stay on track. How is your knee doing? Glad you are back I missed you.

I will say it again you are so blessed with 3 beautiful kids. I am sure you have your hands full girl. I will call you sometime this week as well. I will try.LOL Just take it one day at a time and try and stay focused on your goal. You can do this.

I am glad the carnival turned out great and sounds like you had a great time. We have had a lot of rain here as well. Yesterday was very hot and muggy. I like the heat but not the humidity. Start drinking your water to meet your goal for today. That is great that you are making a goal for each day. It will help you get through the day.

As for me I am doing ok. Things hit the roof here again at my house on friday night. But I am over that and blew up and it is over now. These things will happen from time to time here with my situation that I have. But that is life. We went fishing friday night that was nice but it rained some but not heavy.
Yesterday I did great with my eating. Penny I had the reg hotdogs. I don't care for the ff ones I have tried them plus I don't have much money to buy extra things. Got a short paycheck this week from when we went camping the other week.
My eating was great yesterday. Had a lot of veggies and 2 hot dogs no buns for dinner. I ended the day with a 3 lb loss. I was so happy about that.
I saw 48 hours last night about 3 guys (father and sons) that had liposuction done to get rid of their fat. I am seriously considering doing that for my stomach and my mid section. It would be so great to have a smaller stomach. At this rate I am never going to have a smaller stomach. But I am sure it is very expensive and I would never be able to afford it. But I am going to check it out. We can all dream can't we.LOL
I did a lot of exercising yesterday. And went for a walk with my dad and the dog as well. So that helped a lot.
Megan had a friend over yesterday and they were in the pool most of the day. So we spent the day outside in the humidity and heat all day. But it was great.
Nothing else happening here. I am going to workout again. I know I have to keep doing that daily if I am going to lose this weight. I am getting motivated again but still not like I was. But I have a lot on my mind right now and I am trying so hard not to think about those things and concentrate on me. It is a struggle but I am going to do it.

Hello from HOT TX. Sure wish we could get some rain!

Just got caught up reading the posts, sounds like you are doing good! To those of you had losses, CONGRATULATIONS! But we are starting a new week, so make this a new beginning! Set a daily goal and stick with it, one day at a time!

Sounds like you are all staying busy. I can't believe it is August. This summer had just gone by soooo fast. I have been in and out of town all summer, but maybe when it gets cooler I will be back more. I do enjoy lurking every once in a while. Maybe we will all be back OP, as the weather gets cooler.

I'm going to NM for a few days. Hope it is cooler there. I don't even know how long we will be gone. Just going to play it by ear. Probably won't be gone longer than 10 days, if that long. But I can hardly wait. We have reservations at a couple of places, but will just take our chances the rest of the time. That way we aren't locked in to a schedule.

I didn't meet my July weight loss goal. My goal for August is just to stay below goal. It is going to be hard to lose and travel. Will just have to be very careful. But this is a lifestyle change, so must learn to stay focused.
