Just dropping by to say hello. I have my weigh in tonight and it looks like I found the weight I lost last week. Not surprising.
We have no special plans this weekend. We will do something later in the month. The 4th is our anniversary but we are both working. Hope you all have a good day

We had our weigh in today since tomorrow is a holiday and most people have plans other than attending a TOPS meeting. I had a small gain today, my first in five months. It was almost a turtle, but almost doesn't count.

I hope everyone is well. I won't be posting very much during the summer since I have limited access to the computer and am very busy. I hope everyone has a good holiday. I will check in periodically. Good eating and exercising to everyone. We didn't have a meeting this week since it was the holiday.
