Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to stop by and say hello. Looks like Fridays are a busy day for everyone.

I turtled at the meeting this morning, but so many of our ladies are doing good and I am sooo proud of them. Some of them have been in the chapter awhile, but are just getting motivated. And they have a big smile on their face when they come up to tell me that they had a loss. It really makes them feel good about themselves.

Coco, Sherri....I hope you are both doing good.

Hey, Nita...looks like every one must be busy. I worked all day preparing for a wedding reception we are catering tomorow. I'm too tired to go to sleep, so thought I would check in and see what everyone is doing.

It is wonderful to see members motivated. Our chapter is really doing well. We have a jar that we put marbles in for our losses, when we gain, they are taken out and put in the gain jars. We have only had 2 net gains all year. There are 2 marbles in the gain jar after last nights weigh in, but I am confident they will come out next week. That seems to be a good motivater, because we all want the gain jar to stay empty!

We have had a good contest going that they seem to enjoy. It is a flag and stars are put in each week for losing and staying for the meeting. 5 Stars for each . It will end this next week. If you weighed in with a loss and stayed for the meeting each week of the contest you will have 50 stars and will win. We have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. If the KOPS stay below goal and stay for the meeting they get 5 stars for each. So simple, but I was surprised at the competiveness it had generated.

Need to get to bed, tomorrow is going to be a busy, LONG day. The wedding if for one of our members granddaughter and our chapter is catering the reception. However there are only about 5 members working on it. Three worked today and there will be 2 or 3 more to help tomorrow. Everyone is out of town!
