Great Tuesday
Good morning ladies,
I have a cold, and didn't go to weigh in last night. It is probably the worse cold i've had in a long time. I ate some dinner and was in bed at 7. I'm really achey too. Hubby cleaned up the house yesterday when he got home. The past weekend was really busy for us. Brandon's t-ball canceled again for rain on Saturday. We haven't played any of the three games we were surpose to, because of rain, and the holiday. My scale is down this morning, which is good. I'm definately not eating as much at a time as i use to. I feel like i'm not eating enough, but i'm full, so that is good enough. Still need to work on the choices. Getting to many carbs in still. Yeah sherri, we went to see Finding Nemo, good movie, but they hype everything up so much anymore. Brandon liked it, but he was tired from his aunts house and almost feel asleep. Then we took him to mickey d's, and he was a brat. Feel asleep on the way home. He is really a good boy. I came home last night, and the first thing he asked me was if i was feeling better, and when i went to bed, he came in and kissed me on the cheak. Sherri- I hope megan's nose is ok, and i lol when i read the part about keepin g her eye on the ball. Sounds like you ment literally. lol. Nita is so right we all can be as successful as she is. We just have to work at it like she does. Keep up the great work Nita, Keep inspiring us. christie, miss you Eleni- hope the stress is letting up on you some. Remember finding time for us is a big thing. We need to do it to feel better, and to be able to help others. All others hope you are doing well, but i gotta get the little guy up. |
Good Morning
We finally got some badly needed rain last night. Our pump for the yard is not working and our grass was drying up. Everything looks so nice and fresh this morning. Wendy, hope your cold will soon be better. Summer colds can be the worst ones. Sherri, I hope that Megan is okay this morning. I've been thinking that for some of us, perhaps setting a weekly goal would be better. I don't like to set a challenge because I always fail at them. They are like a jinx to me. But, if you are interested in setting a weekly goal where you stay with the program for just one week, I'll work with you and stay OP for that week, too. It should be easier to get thru one week OP than to think of staying on it for a month. ONE week at a time. Let me know. I keep thinking of a song that a lady in another chapter in our area wrote. Our area Captain had her chapter sing it at our last workshop and they were sending it in to TOPS News. Here are some of the verses.
