Exercise Challenge 3/31- 4/6
 
I am starting an exercise challenge for myself and I thought I would post it so if there are any others that would like to join me you could.

Goal for this week- 175 minutes of exercise

monday- 55 minutes- Firm Cardio Sculpt :cb:
tuesday- pilates- 30 minutes
wednesday- pilates 10 min
thursday-30 min
friday-
saturday-
sunday-

My goal is the same as always: Walk 2 miles a day for 5 days a week.

Monday: Walked 2 miles-- 40 mins.:cool:
Tuesday: Walked 2 miles :yes:
Wed: Walked 2 miles :)
Thurs: 2 miles -- 40 mins
Sat: 2 miles -- 40 minutes

Total for week: 10 miles or 200 mins. :)

Hi, i love exercise and do it daily. i change off and on to different things to. but mainly daily walking

I'm in but didn't see this till Tues. So that will be my first day reporting. I REALLY need to have a 'movin the old body' goal.

Tues - Stationary bike at 12mph - 2miles AND Sweatin to the Oldies video done at a slower pace. Knees not tolerating and I'm so horrified at how I can't do even the slightest stooping moves....but at least it's some movement.
Wed - opps, didn't get done.....too much going on. Tomorrow WIll be better.:o
Thur - 35 min stationary bike [7 miles]
Fri - 30 min bike [6mi]
Sat - 20 min bike [4mi]
