March 4 - no weigh in for me. Pancake Tuesday.
March 11 - stayed the same
March 18 - lost 1/2
March 25 - lost 1 1/4
I will try for 1 lb a week again. I lost 3/4 lb. last month. Sad effort eh!
1 3/4 for the month. It's OK I'll take it.
