  • Good Morning Everyone.

    Well I managed to lose 1 1/4 last night. I feel a little motivated. I am going to keep a food journal this week and count my points and get my exercise in.

    Nothing else is too new. The oldest is sick now. She fell asleep at 5 pm and was out for the count. She woke me at 4 am looking for her dinner. Kids, eh!
