Hey All,

We are going to have a great week this week with losses I can tell.

We are doing great with our challange and everyone is lighter today then they were when we started and that is really the main thing we all have in common.

Keep up the great work everyone.

There is no weight report from me this week. Meeting was cancelled because of the weather.

Well I did terrible this week. I had a 3 1/2 lb gain this week. But I am back on track today and I will have a loss next week.
