New to TOPS
 

Hello Everyone!

I just joined TOPS tonight. I am hoping it is the missing piece I need to be able to finally succeed on this journey to better health. I had to do something ~ was not doing well the way it was going.

Seemed like a really nice group.

Hi Gayle... I know you from another board, I believe, and I just joined my local chapter yesterday too... I also was missing something, and it seems this may just be what I needed :)

Glad to have both of you joining Tops. I find that in combination with the chapter, and with this board, i get an awesome amount of support. Whatever you do, take it done day at a time, and remember that most of the stuff we go through is just an event. May seem big at the time, but in reality most things are not worth the getting stressed over.

Yep, this is a great little board. Some of us have been here for years....and I joined TOPS in '92. It has been a tremendous help to me on my weight loss journey.
