Ready to lose menu thread #9!!!!!!

  • Oh my it has been awhile since I got to really post
    can you believe we are on #9 already????

    Breakfast- 1 english muffin 3 oz turkey and 1 slice cheese
    1/2 cup milk and my vitamin

    Lunch- not sure yet.... my hubby is off work today

    supper- homeade tacos???? will fill in later today

    I don't know if I posted yesterday or not...probably not...I didn't feel well all day. Didn't do much.

    Breakfast: oatmeal 150, marg.45, milk 90, apple 60
    Lunch: none...still not feeling up to par
    Dinner: green beans 20, creamed potatoes 70, Marg. 45, gravy 50 , apple 50.

    breakfast- 1 oat and honey granola bar and 1 blue bunny lite yogurt sweetened with splenda

    lunch- OH BOY! 2 tacos and 1 serving refried beans and 15 chips and dip

    supper- 2 beef corn dogs with mustard

    snacks- sf yogurt and popcorn

    I know I started out great but it is my day with the hubby AGAIN and we eat out at lunch still even with the 1000 cal lunch I got it about 1600 cal for the day and will include about a 25 minute walk and no late night snacking

    Thanks, I am feeling much better today.

    Breakfast: oatmeal 150, 1 c. soy milk 100, apple 60, marg. 45.

    Lunch: chicken 80, pasta, 160, sauce 80, cheese 20, fruit 60.

    Dinner: cheese 100, tomato 50, snack mix 110, donut...?

    I went to a meeting and they had donuts...don't know why I took
    one. No willpower.

    lunch- 3/4 cup spagetti

    snack-

    supper- 1 6 inch turkey sub from subway on oameal wheat with no cheese and mustard to top it

    I have not eaten right today!!!

    Started off good...
    Breakfast: oatmeal 150, soy milk 100 marg. 45, apple 60.

    Lunch: Didn't eat...busy...not hungry

    Snack mid-afternoon: 3 cups ff kettle corn

    Dinner: not hungry...may eat cereal later or some veggies. Post it later.

    I have got to start eating right...tomorrow!!! I need to lose again this week. At this rate, I won't.
