Good Day Everyone

It is freezing here. It is -16c, -26 with the windchill and is suppose to stay cold until next week. You people in Florida are lucky!

Eleni- congrats on you weight loss. Keep it up. It help to motivate you when something like that happens.:D

Summer- I am from the Niagara region. Your relatives are about 2 hours away from here.

I had a good day eating yesterday. I had 23 point and was even about to slip in a little chocolate into that 23! I was able to do some wieght lifting for about 35 min. When I weighed myself this morning I was down 1 lb. I have to weigh myself everyday to help keep in check. I know that you are not supposed to do it, but it is a tool for me. I would like to lose about 20 lbs in about 3 months. We will see.

Have a nice day.

I weigh myself every morning as well. I find that if I am down, I am motivated to stay down, and if I am up, I try to be a little bit more careful. I also realize that a little weight gain is typical if you are retaining water because of something you ate, or its that TOM, so I don't worry about that. I read somewhere that the proper thing to do is take your daily weights during a week and divide by number of days to get an average daily weight. Then you can see what's really happening! :)

OHHHHHHH.......I HATE when I lose a post!!!!!!

Try again.........

Linlin, I too have to weigh daily. Too easy for the weight to accumulate if I don't. You know the saying, 'Out of sight, out of mind'. :) More relatives around St. Catherines and Waterdown. Good for you with the 1# loss and exercising. Keep up the good work!!!

Liz, I've heard that weekly averaging is the most accurate way to see how we are doing. Makes sense. Hope you are doing well.

Have a great weekend everyone and may this be the start of a great on plan weekend. Don't forget to drink your water. Our bodies LOVE it since that is what it is comprised mostly of.

Hello everyone,
Well, I can't complain about it being cold here. It is 28 degrees, so that is not cold compared to what you are having, Linlin. But it sure seems cold to me.

It is okay to weigh your self, but just don't give up if they are not good to you one day. That will probably change the next day!

I have had a hard time eating right the past week, I haven't had many calories, just not the right kind. I have been busy and not taking time for me!!! But it's the week end and plan to do very little!

Eleni, how are you doing? Hang in there, you have been doing great!

Christie, how are things going for you? You are doing so great and so focused! I'm proud of you!!!

Summer, you are right about the water!!! It is very important. Stay with the plan to have an OP weekend!

:goodvibes to everyone. :grouphug:
