Good morning, Just thought I would take a sec to say hello before I go to work. Things are so so with me. The hypnotist is suppose to call me today. I will set up a time for a recharge. If it doesn't stick this time I will try something else. Like I always tell my children " If what you are doing isn't working then do something different"
We are actually having some cool weather here. It is still warm compared to some of you.

I've been busy trying to get things done at home. Brandon had an allergist appointment yesterday, we didn't get home till after 5, and then bath, dinner, laundry, dishes, exercise, reading, than bed. I did'nt sleep any better. I'm convinced that it's cuz i'm affraid of oversleeping.
Good idea putting clothes out the day before. i should let brandon pick his out, but we don't usually.
Today is the day. The final Wednesday. See how it goes.

Hang in there lady. You can do this. Just get your mind set going in the right direction. I hope you can get back in soon for the hypnotist and that it works for you. Keep exercising and think before you eat.LOL

We got more snow last night but just flurries to 1 inch that is nothing for us.LOL

Getting ready to go to work myself have to get ready. Did my exercise already today so I am set there.

Today was my weigh in day and I am down 2 lbs for the week. I have also lost inches. I took my measurements and will keep track of them as well.

well I did it. By .5 of a pound. I beat all. I lost 8 pounds in 10 weeks here at work. I've also learned some valuable lessons, about me and others. I won't do it again, i don't feel.
