:goodvibes Good Morning to All!!

How did everyone do yesterday? I had a fair day. I could have done better, but I stayed with 1200 calories. Not always the best choices.

Today I have so much to do and don't want to do anything. Do you ever have a day you would just like to curl up with a good book! That's the way I feel, but I can't and that makes me flustered!

:strong: But, on the positive side, I plan to make myself exercize today!

Will post my menu on the other site.

New Years Eve 2002
 
Morning ladies,

Well, weigh in for me last night was not pretty. I gained 2.75#'s and for the year am up 11.75#'s. Gee, I sure lost sight of my goal. I have no where to go but down in 2003!!! Not being able to move has put a real crimp in my life. Any one have a new knee to give me??

Everyone gained in my chapter last eve, except for one of the new men, and I was so proud of him with his 1/2# loss.

Need to get our resume done, but I will be late in doing so. I called a member with a traveling chart and she has not gotten it back from her 'other' chapter. I gave her written, detailed instructions before she left, so I'm a bit upset. Oh well, I can only do so much and if some people don't like it........??? Oh, on a happy note, we have a member that joined in March and lost 64#'s...and she's not at goal yet! See, it CAN BE DONE!!!

Wanda, good for you with staying near your 1200 cals. I need to start concentrating and disciplining myself. Keep up the good work. I would love to be able to take some time for myself....and just hide in my bedroom, but that is a fantasy that won't happen unless no one is here, and that will never happen.

I should have made notes from yesterdays thread. Sorry I can't address you all. It sure is nice to see more members posting. We got mighty 'thin' for a bit. Now only if our bodies would. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Summer-sorry to hear everyone gained at your chapter. Sorry you had the gain throughout the last year. The one thing i'm concerned about is your knee. You said they got some fluid off of it. Is that just from the injury or what? Is something else causing the fluid? Maybe before too long you can get moving again, and work on the exercise thing. I know it makes a difference for me when I exercise.
Wanda, way to go girl. It is really hard staying at 1200 calories. Just make sure you are getting enough food, cuz you can slow down the metobolism by not eating. I know that for sure. Exercise is very important too. I've read a lot of articles on it, probably not enough. But what i've been reading lately says some in the morning, and some at night. This way your metobolism is going all the time. I was doing good on it. But have slacked myself. Which at the moment isn't a good thing because of the challenge at work.
I should be doing better with that, and i'm not.
Eleni-how are you doing? Haven't heard from you in a couple of days. Ok I hope.
Sherri-how is it going girl? Missed you last night.
Everyone else I hope you are doing great. Remember we can do this thing. Keep coming back to get the support you need, and give a little back for all of us.

I just want to wish you all a Happy and safe New years. I see they are going to close down for awhile. So wont get to post much. Weighed in last night did manage to lose 1/4 lb. Not much. But better than a gain. Well everyone take care and have a safe night tonight. Will catch up tomorrow.
