Sunday
Ok, hopfully I won't make this long like i have been. Lets just say on the motivation end of exercise i'm not doing it. Unless you count shopping, which you actually do spend a lot of calories on doing. Would 2.5 hours on Friday, plus all the driving ( you burn it there too) and the 4 hours I did yesterday count for Tops. I actually got some alone time yesterday thanks to my sil. I was looking to put some things on layaway, and just couldn't do it, I am next week. I just think the 3 things I want will help me. I did however, buy me a nail maincure set motorized, it was half priced. My hands hurt to bad to do the acrilic (sp) without it, and I was surpose to buy that with the first money I won from the work group. Which I do need to get my booty moving for that, the challenge is almost up. I wonder how the others are doing?
As for New Years eve, we are going to a friends house, country roads, I probably will be the one driving home, so I will watch it. I was going through the post yesterday, and it seems for the most part that we aren't doing to bad. A little fine tunning needing done, but that will come. Our list of ladies joining us is looking awesome. I think with all of this support, we can do it for the new year. So ladies I hope your day is good, try and stay focused, live in the now, enjoy life. Marlene, Wanda, Sherri, Eleni, Christie, Penny, Coco, Nancy, Summer, Ciecie, and Nita, we can do this. One step at a time, one exercise at a time, and one bite at a time. Can't remember who gave the keeble.com site, thanks for the note. I have a recipe that is a big hit that is very low calorie: SF/FF vanilla pudding, 1 box FF/ or Lite Cool whip 1 container 1 can of crushed pineapple, in its own juice. Thaw the cool whip, mix all ingrediants, chill and enjoy. It is very good. Even people that don't watch there weight like it. I'm going to clean today, and take down the tree, make some pizza dough and freeze it. Later. You all have a great day. Ps, it's long, and sorry. |
Wendy,
You know what to do girl. The motivation has to come from inside you know that to. So get yourself up and dressed and just do it. We only have one more holiday fest left and we are home free. We can still workout before then also. That is great that you got some alone time yesterday. I need that to. Went to my parents last night ate too much. But did good all day and I did my 1 hour bodysculpting tape. So overall did okay for the day. Have a great day everyone. Sherri |
:dancer: Good Morning!!!
This will be short, just wanted to check in. We are off to the lake today. It is supposed to be in the 60's, and we need to go check on the house. Probably won't do much. Hubby may fish some. I goofed yesterday, got into some choc. kisses:stress: They were there calling my name. But today is a new one and I will do better. I probably will get in some exercise, I like to walk at the lake. Shopping sounds good! I haven't been since Christmas! Probably missed some good sales, but just wasn't in the mood. I am going to go furniture shopping in Olka. City next week. But should get my house painted first. Have a good day, everyone!:strong: :cb:  :dancer: And let's get moving!!! |
Good afternoon everyone,
Wendy, that recipe sounds very good and its something that hubby likes. On our program, we're logging everything into the computer. The program that we're using has a long list of food, but we can add food, if it isn't listed. We have to put in all the information from the food labels and it saves it for the next time. It'll take quite a bit of work to put that in, but I think that I'll try it. It adds up all of our nutrients so we can see if we are getting all the vitamins and minerals that we need from our food. Sodium is one thing that we are getting too much of. But we are doing good on the fat and most other things. Hope you are all doing good and have a good day. Nita |
