Merry Christmas Eve
 

Well our weigh in was canceled last night. Good thing, i was busy. I had called and said I couldn't make it, cuz i thought i was going to have to do some extra shopping. I've called my parents about every other day this past week, you would think that if dad wanted us to get mom something he would of said it before I went to pick up the money to borrow. I left the house just after 7:30 yesterday morning, and got home after six. To boot, at about 3:15 i had a cold set in. Pretty good on the time, cuz we turned the room down in the resturant for the buckeyes, and almond joys to harden and I went in there to check and i started sneezing. Thought it was the heat being turn down to 48, but as i drove to the parents it got worse. DH brought home some medicine for me, and made me dinner, and he didn't get home from work till 7, helping the warehouse prepare for today. Orders were still coming in at 5 , they have to get the truck load too for the next day. He did this without pay. Nice guy yeah, but we could of used the extra money. He had punched out. He said he didn't do much. Then the dog had me up at 10:30, and at 12:00 and again at 2:00. She wanted to play. Not, I went back to bed for a half hour and got up and folded laundry, and put it away. Went back to be at 3, hubby's alarm went off at 4, dog had me up again at 6, laid on the couch for a few, and then got up. Dishes are going and a couple other things done. So I thought i would get on this thing and say hi. What a day. We still have all the presents to wrap. I have a cheese cake to make, biscuts, and either a salad or baked beans. These last couple of days, i haven't been eating my veggies. So I thought this would be a good time to get them in. Oh, and sister got mad at me because i hung up on her yesterday, cuz i was frustrated with dad. See she is the one with all the jewerely. So i thought she would know where to get the ring. She said i'm the one working, what are you doing. Like it's my fault she couldn't have the day off. anyway. I apologized for hanging up, but that's it.
Summer- did you get that room warmed for dd. It's been cold here, but not that cold. If the wind wasn't blowing so hard to knock you over, it wouldn't feel so bad here.

Junebug- I must tell you my grandmothers name was June, and I remember my mom calling her Junebug. When i went over there yesterday, mom's hair wasn't done, and boy did she look just like her mom. I called her June. She really is having a hard time.
Today is my brothers birthday. I will send him an ecard. I know I shouldn't be like others, but I didn't even get that from him. Usually we get him something. Not this year. Money tight on my end.
The scale isn't budging, but like i said i haven't eating much. And today, i don't feel well. So i'm not worried about it. I haven't had a real cold in years. I usually just get the sinus stuffy. Last time I remember is when i was pregnant with son. Cross your fingers, but don't hold your breath. :lol:
I have meeting on the 6th of January, and it's my turn to pick a topic. Our leader has been doing it for some reason, a lot. I haven't been helping, but i've tried 3 times to get a program in and it doesn't happen. So I stopped asking for a while. My program is going to be on goal setting. First meeting of the New Year, I figure we all could set some kind of goal to try. Maybe we can make some new habits. I'm babbling now, so for all of you that I didn' mention, Eleni, Christian, Penny, Coco, Ciecie, I hope you all are doing well.
Ps. I had 2 sugar cookies, 1 frosted and one not. and a very small piece of fudge. I don't even want any of the other stuff. So not bad. Like I said if I can do it and give it to others i'm happy. I love to bake, but not all in one day. I don't do it anymore, cuz of the diet thing, and hubby don't need it and son surely doesn't need it. He just licks the frosting off. He was a good help yesterday, and has been awesome. He did dishes at the resturant, vaccumed, frosted cookies, sprinkled, ran around, got into everyones way, got mad at mom, cuZ on the way home he feel asleep, and I didn't wake him up for papa's house. We talked it out, and he let me fall asleep till hubby got home, cuz he knew i didn't feel well. STill babbling.
