I am happy to report that my scale is down to 183 from 187. I have been eating right again so what I lost in water weight came back but I have gone down again. I lost 5 lbs in a month. I am very happy with that. I have also lost inches because I am wearing pants that I couldn't wear just a few weeks ago. I am still working on me and the eating is much better. I am back to counting my points again.
I start my new babysitting job today. Well will see how it goes. Megan is very excited for him to get here. He is the same age as her. Well she is only 2 months older.LOL It will be good for her to have someone to play with on the days she is home from school.

Well have to get going he will be here in a few minutes.

HI ladies,

We had a nice Thanksgiving at dh moms. I cooked everything ahead of time and it worked well. Can sure see a decline in her health. We bought her a shower chair and put in a hand held shower head, so bathing should be easier for her.

Went for a 2.5 mile walk with dd from college after the big dinner....first time since I injured my knee. It went well, but I could feel the stress on it when I got back. Do have to watch it. The eating was decent down there, but since we got home, I have been out of control. I really don't know what is going on in my mind, but I can tell that I have a nervous/edgy felling. I do NEED to get that 'mind set' back.

Sherri, I hope the day care job goes well and CONGRATULATIONS on your weight loss!!!!! WOO-HOO!!!!!!!! You're a braver woman than I am when it comes to taking care of children I don't know....in fact some that I know too. LOL!! I bet it feels good to get back into those pants again. Now the trick is to stay in them. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!

Yes it does feel great to be back in them. I still have a long way to go but I am going in the right direction.
Sounds like you had a great time with your daughter on your walk. Glad the knee is getting better for you. Don't overdo it. That was great that you did good eating down there. I think it might be all the stress under your roof that is making you eat. You can do this girl. You have done it before now it is time to take the bull by the horns and hang on tight and do it.
