Hi ladypal,
I am the same way with snacking, I learned to start having LOTS of fresh or canned fruits available at all times for just those occasions :) As far as the salad why not fill up the crockpot with lots of veggies and make some good ready to go soup, or chicken noodle soup, I have an awsome recipe for that I will send you. I gained 1 pound this week. I'll lose that pound this week. I think I gained because I didn't drink enough water AND I KNOW I DIDN'T EXERCISE ENOUGH!

I LOST 5 1/2 POUNDS THIS WEEK AND WAS THE WEIGHT-LOSS RUNNER-UP!
