Here's some scope
No negs here. This is ok. I have weigh in day with the lady at work. the 2nd. Last week didn't count, that was to get weight established. I should be ok. I should have more gone than she, and as long as I Keep this motivation up, I'm good to go. I really think going to curves everyday durning the week is helping me cuz, it's constant reminder. I have 2 challenges today. We have at work our 2nd annual employee appreciation day. I will have oatmeal fro breakfast, and midmorning snack will be celery. Than to night at the in laws is fish fry. Not sure what they are going to have with it, I hope they are kind. I did weigh in this morning without clothes, down yet another pound, I put those clothes on I'm 1.5 to 2 pounds more. I just say we all just weigh in naked everyweek. :lol: Ok maybe not. I learned something giving blood yesterday. My heart rate was low 58, althougth that was the first time that I was commented on with having a low heart rate, my mothers is low. I asked the lady about it. She said that a swimmer, or a jogger would have about the same heart rate, she said that is good. I asked her if that is why I'm having such a hard time getting my heart rate up while exercising. I feel like I have to kick butt to get in the 60 to 70%. she said yes, that I would have to work harder. One would think that if my heart rate is that of an athlete, why can't my motabolism be. Someday. Ok ladies, you all kick some butt today and get that weight off.
Goal for today is total control oh, ps. Not sure if i wrote this anywhere, but I totally stayed away from cake yesterday. It was beat the girls pants off birthday. I think i need to give her a name,so i don't have to keep saying that you will know. I'm going to call her bell. They had two cakes for bell, and at 7-12 points a piece it is NOT WORTH IT. :strong: :jig: It's brandon's birthday on Sunday, and that will be a challenge. I should of made the cake myself with applesauce, but I have a lot going on this weekend. well tootals. love ya |

It isn't IF you keep up the motivation it is I WILL keep up the motivation. You are doing awesome. See she is looking at the numbers only and see how she is doing. You are looking at life in general and look at your numbers. They speak for themselves girl. Way to go on the cake. Just remember it is worth it to have some of brandons cake. You can have some just add it to your points for the day and adjust it. If you have a small pc it is only like 6 pts. You can do it girl. Plus remember the exercise gives you extra points to use. For that one day it is okay. The most important thing is that we DON"T tell ourselves we CAN'T have something. Because that is a lie. WE can choose not to have it. But we can haven ANYTHING in moderation. We just have to adjust what we eat for the day on those days. Concentrate on the party and the fun and not that you are going to eat the cake. Just do it and celebrate that beautiful little boys big day with him. Don't let the food control you. Control the food. Girl remember we are more then the food we eat. I know you will have a great time. I am so happy you are beating the pants off that girl. She will weep in the end.LOL Cherry and Joyce, Way to go girls on controlling yourselves. Why don't you join us for the daily thread and we can get to know you. Joyce that is awesome that you have not had any office candy in 3 weeks. Keep it going. Cherry way to go on making your choices. I am doing the points also. I love it and it is the only thing that works for me. It gets a little confusing to post on different posts on the same day. Rainy Hump Day Wed
Hi Ladies
It is raining here today. We may get up to 1 inch. But we sure do need it. The ground is so dry and the creeks are to. Also kinda cool. So I made me some blackberry tea. I thought I would use that to keep warm and if I wanted to eat anything inbetween meals I would drink a cup of tea. I am having trouble getting my water in. Seems like since it has cooled down that I have. I drink it then I get cold and cant seem to get warmed up. But I know I need to drink the water. I guess I will have to pour a glass and let it sit for a little bit to let it get the chill off anyway. Had weigh in last night. Gained 2 1/4 lbs. I was a little down. But I am not going to beat myself up about it. I know some of it could be fluid. Getting time for you know what. The one thing I am having trouble with is the TOPS group. We have this contest going on. There are 2 teams The Ghost and The Bats. I am on the Bats team. Hubby is on the Ghost. Last night most of the Bats had gains. Ghost had a good loss. But the ones on the Bat team kept saying ok now You have to lose for next week no more gaining. I dont like to compete. I am thinking of telling them I dont want to do the contest. But there is only a couple more weeks of it. So I decided. If I lose I lose. If I gain I gain. I am not the only one on this team. We need to do this together. Not just one person. Does that make sense. I am going to go back and count my points. And writing down. And not feel guilty everytime I eat something that isnt on my diet. My Mom is a good on for saying is that on your diet. Sherri how are you doing. Sounds as if you are doing ok. Wendy You will beat the pants of Bell. I know you can do this. And that is great that you are close to 50 lbs. I would go by myself something too. That is teriffic. Keep up the great work. Eleni. You will get the weight off. You can do it.
