3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Good Afternoon Ladies
Just thought I would check in. Waiting on a load of clothes to stop washing so I can hang them out. We are having a nice fall day. Fall and spring are my favorite times of the year. I keep thinking today is Wed. though. We had weigh in last night. I usually weigh in on Tues eve. Hubby gained 1 lb in 2 weeks. And I lost 3 lbs. I am not sure how I did that though. I figured I may stay the same. It is getting close to Mr Monthly. So I wasnt expecting a loss. But I was thrilled with it. I just hope I dont have a gain next week then. We have a contest going on now. We are divided into 2 teams. The GHOST and the BATS. Hubby is a ghost and I am a bat. It will run until Halloween. So everyone at TOPS last night kept telling me not to feed him so much. Cause he gained. But like I told them. I dont hold him down and feed him.
We have a open house at school tonight. Planning on going there. Other than that not much happening here.

Sherri Hope you are feeling better. I am drinking my tea to. I picked up a magazine yesterday. I forget if it is Womans Day or Family Circle. But there is a article in there about drinking tea to help lose weight. Havent got to read it all yet. Just glanced over it.

Wendy Hope you are doing ok. Sounds like the kayaking is alot of fun. Never tried it. Cant swim for one thing. Hope you hands are doing better.
