Ok, all or nothing attitude

Where does that get us. Nowhere real quick. I had the scale down 1 pound since monday from not eatting junk, Not real bad junk, just extra food I didn't need. I have no control on somethings, which in the morning when I get on the scale it totally discusses me. It's up. Even though the things I choose are better in choice, it doesn't give me the right to over indulge and that's what I did. Haven't gone to work out, getting ready for camping. My body can sure feel it. Does it come down to priorities, we really have to make this thing a proiority in our life or it sits on the back burner and goes no where fast, except up. It's amazing that pounds come on quicker than they go off. You have to work 10 times harder to stay fit, than not . Why can't it be the other way. What makes it 1st nature to some, and no nature to others. :bb: Why do we beat ourselves up so much? And why can't we just do it. Like Eleni says stop talking the talk and walk the walk.
Penny it sure is nice to have you here. I've been missing you really bad. Sounds like you are doing the walk. Great job on the inches gone.
Liz I hear ya. It's so much easier to slack, and then we hate our reward. Speaking for myself. It doesn't take long does it.
Sherri hope all is well with you girlfried. Haven't heard from you much lately at night. Chess game calling my name. I was able to beat my nephew. Maybe I was just a little rusty. He was kicking my butt, than I just started thinking a little more. He did show me a move, that i had never seen before. Tell you about it sometime. Summer Boy girl. I'm thinking of you
Coco- hi, and glad you stopped. Glad you had a loss. Weigh to goal gir.
Well everyone else that I haven't mentioned. I think of you daily, I know the feeling.
Nancy how is your dad, and you doing
crazy where have you been

Good Morning

Not much going on here. I just wanted to say hello to everyone and wish you a good weigh-in tonight. My scale is down this morning, now if I can just keep it down until weigh in tomorrow, I'll have a consistant loss for the month. DH is having some teeth pulled later today, so we will probably be eating soup for the rest of the day.

I hope you all have a good OP day.
:goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

Hi all,
My 83 year old dad had his gall bladder out this past Monday. He is finally over the hump we think. He had a turn for the better today. He is walking a little and eating real food so that is an improvement.

I started back to my school lunch room supervisor job today so I am pooped. I took my mom to the hospital before I went to work and joined her for dinner tonight.
I have made my own dinner for 10 days now and just buy a diet coke. I don't want to sabatoge my diet. It is tempting with all the cafeteria food, but I want to be in controll of what I eat. I don't want the food to controll me.

I also walked for 35 minutes after work. So I will probably sleep like a log.

Keep your chin up girls. We can all do this.

Have a nice week.
