:mad: :ink: Well like i said weigh in was not pretty. I gained 2.5 pounds. I'm thinking it is water, cuz right now, i'm feeling a little poofy.:ink: That couldn't have anything to do with what i had for dinner last night, which is true cuz weigh in before dinner. But ended up mcd's. and i didn't go nicely. :cbg: Well I have 2 weeks to get this off, cuz last night the ladies opted to keep meeting on Monday, and i will be out of town (maybe)So i'm feeling :bb: disappointed. Cuz of the game. We will see when we get home. I'm still keeping a food chart this week, just in case. Plus that will keep me honest.:nose: ya right.
Sherri, thanks for the encouragement. YOu are somethng else. Kayaking is awesome. I like it, just like the hubby said. I have control. The only problem is we went in a totally open area. No obsticales. I got my program from www.weight-loss-diet-i.comIt was short, cuz we ending meeting to have a baby shower for a girl, that I didn't know we were doing till Sunday night. We had talked about it, but I didn't have a date. It was about Sucess. That the reason we don't suceed in this is cuz we can't see ourselves slim.

Goodmorning everyone :) I definately had one of my better food days yesterday, so I'm feeling pretty good about that. Went to the gym as planned and feel awesome because of it...of course I have jelly legs and can barely do the stairs :lol:

It is so nice outside, I'd rather be going anywhere other then work, of course I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Well I must run and get ready for work. Have a super day everyone!!!

Just because you had a gain. Take control and keep the food chart like you plan to do. I know myself that if I know that I have 2 weeks to weigh in then I blow it the first week then try and make up for it on the second week. DON"T do that. :nono:
You have a plan for the weekend stick with it. You will do great.

I did good until I left the office today. I stayed a lot longer then I expected. I planned on being home by lunch time. But I didn't get home until after 4pm. I didn' t eat lunch so I grabbed a cheeseburger and fries from mcdonalds. :cbg: it was all downhill from there. So I guess tomorrow I will do much better.
The good news is that I finally have a printer again.

Hi,
Had my weigh in tonight and lost another pound and a half. Seems like I am working so hard and so little is coming off. But that makes 12 pounds now. I even got 5 bucks at the tops meeting for taking off 10 pounds.

My dad has been in the hospital for a week. So I packed my dinner everynight and took it to the hospital so i wouldn't be tempted to eat all that cafeteria food.

Have a good week everyone and remember"inch by inch life's a cinch. Yard by yard life is hard"

Take Baby steps if you have to, to stay on track.

Great job on the loss. It sure is adding up isn't it. That was great bringing your dinner and being prepared. That always helps. Keep up the great work.
