well Sunday
Good morning ladies. As you know i've set a couple of short term goals this week. The only one i didn't meet on the day that i had choosen it was the fruit. I took it to work, and never ate it. I did good on the klondike thing. However, when we got home last night I ate the last one. So This weeks goal is not to buy any. If i don't have any in the house I can't eat them right. I'm trying to figure out a program tomorrow. I have the whole ship tomorrow. Our leader has some tests coming up, and she can't stay for meeting. So, wish me luck. I'll probably have a turtle tomorrow, even with exercising at least 4x this week, not sure about today. Today, I'm going to learn Kayaking. We have a couples weekend in 2 weeks, and hubby wants to take his, and a friend said I could use his. So that is one of the things on the agenda today. I hope everyone is doing well. Staying Focused. Also new tip. If we replace the neg. thoughts with positive thoughts, according to wd mag. you are more apt to stay on the right treack. Like, I am fit, I am healthy, I will exercise, I am thin. I'm sure these techniques can work in anything you want to improve on. Well ladies, got to do some email checking, and some program figuring.:grouphug: :goodvibes

I have got all my exercising in so if I do anymore this afternoon it will be extra. I really like the sitting tape.
I am working on getting eating under control. We went out to eat and I got only the entree. No soup no nothing else. That is a biggie for me. I am also going to make myself drink a juice glass of milk each day. I had one with a cup of cantolope and it was filling and I need to get more calcium. Plus I read an article that said that people that drank milk lose more weight. Who knows?? It can't hurt. Just dropped by to say hello. Have to head to grocery store. Am going to make a new recipe I found in a TOPS program that comes to the chapter. Your leaders should all get it this month. It is a program on meat and has some good recipes. I made copies of several pages and will give them as handouts. Hope you are all having a good weekend. I also love the new smilies. I haven't figured out why some threads can put clip art on their messages and it won't let me. Wendy I was just putting in birthdays of people who do not have email in the birthday reminder site. Guess what. Your birthday is the day after my youngest daughter and you are both the same age. I thought that was cute.
