Hey Ladies,

I am back from christies. I had such a great time I can't even tell you all. I am so glad that I went out to visit her.
I am liking flying less and less. I got to the airport and they said I had too many bags to check in. Then they said I didn't get there in time and they weren't going to let me take that flight. I was very upset wondering what I was supposed to do. Well they checked all the bags in and they got permission from the captain to let us board the plane. It was not a good experience but we made it home and our luggage did to. I was told that our luggage might not make it on time that we would have to pick it up from a later flight. But it made it and we got all the bags.

I see we have some new people here. That is great eleni that you have a new person on the boards here that is so close to where you live. Maybe you two can get together.
I managed to have a 5 lb gain while away according to my scale. I will take that. I thought it was going to be at least 10 lbs. But I drank the tea this morning and I am back to counting my points today to get rid of this weight. Hopefully.

Well I tried out my inline skates and they hurt my arches so much that I can't use them.:( I was really looking forward to using them daily also. But oh well I will be heading back to curves tonight to work out. I am getting my house in order. My husband had it all neat like when I left. He knows how to pick up after himself thank god for that.

Well it is a new month for us all. We all need a new start it sounds like. We can do this. Lets take it one day at a time.

Oh, this is too funny. Apparently 3 of us were posting at the same time and all started threads. Can't say we've forgotten today!!!!

So glad you had a great time Sherri. Glad you're getting right back on track and back to Curves. YOU WILL DO IT!!!!

Glad that you had a good time with Christie and I'm sure that Megan was glad to see her dad. I know that you will be back on plan and losing that gain in no time.

I too have hit the no ambition mode. I'm tired. I've been working 10 hours a day, mom surgery, stage 1. She had some skin cancer that had to be removed. It went well, that was on Wed. today she had that skin graphed to repair. I had all ententions of going to curves tonight, but i'm not. I'm actually thinking of taking a nap. I'll get back to it this week end, and start exercising on Tuesday again, at curves. I've alread told dear hubby that. I'm not going to pay for it and not go. I know part of it is cuz i've been gone for so long. But we are having a fall rally, and i'm planning on filling in the contest part as much as possible.
I'm sure glad to see all you mia, coming home.
