Weigh In Thursday

Nita,

I am so sorry that your friend died. It is so weird that her husband died the next day. At least they are now together forever again. Things happen and we have no control. I know how you are feeling. I have to go to a double memorial service today. The older people I was working for both died a week ago today and today is the service.

How are you doing today? At least the services are over with and you can start to feel better. Just remember the good times girl and hang onto that. That is what I am trying to do. Don't worry about your eating. It is hard to stay on track when your world is upside down like that and you are in the dumps. I had to pull myself out of the dumps also because of this. It really hit me hard and so unexpected.

I will keep you in my prayers today.

Congratulations girl on your loss. See you are getting back on track again. I know I will have a loss from the last time I weighed in. You are doing great. The reason you lost this week is because you planned your menu before you went and you stuck to it. It was hard work to lose that 1 lb and you did it all by yourself. Keep up the great work girl. I am proud of you for getting back on track.

I have to run the meeting tonight. I have no idea how many people will be there. I don't even know if I am going to be in the mood to go after the service today. But I have to. I don't think it will be so bad but only time will tell. I am feeling much better. I just wish that the service had been monday instead of today so it would have been done and over with.
I looked up the formula that tells you how many calories you should be eating in a day. That is what we are going to be doing for our program tonight. It won't take long and that is what the people like. I will have to let you all know how today goes.
My scale was back up 2 lbs yesterday because of the sundea I ate. But this morning it is back down again. So that is good. I had a good day yesterday.

I did good at TOPS tonight. I had a 2# loss. We had a small group as a bad thunder storm came thru but it was a good meeting. Two of my ladies gave a program on the different body shape. Those that wanted to are doing a 6 week makeover. We took measurements and will see how much we can change it in 6 weeks.

Congratulations on your loss. I knew you would do good. I love that idea for a program. I might try that at our group and see if anyone is interested. My meeting didn't go very well I don't think. We had a small group. I really wasn't into doing a program tonight because I have not had a chance to prepare. Didn't even know if anyone would stay tonight. But I did a very short program by having people figure out how many calories they should have in a day. They said the formula didn't work. I didn't have anything else planned. I just have had a lot on my mind. But it is overwith now.

I had a 1# loss tonight. Had to divide it over 2 weeks. But that is okay because I didn't gain weight.

The service wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be. They were cremated to there were no coffins. I think that made it easier to handle. I do have closure now and I am glad that I went. I knew it was the right thing to do. I did go work out at curves after the service and that made me feel a lot better.
