My chapter discussed ways of promoting our chapter tonight. One thing that we came up with was to be in our local 4th Of July Parade. One of members has horse drawn carriage that some of us would ride in. The rest of us would walk.

Good morning CieCie, I just read your idea about the 4thof july parade. Great idea. One thing we used to hand out was old TOPS magazines. I typed the day, time and locationof where we mee, plus a contact number on a piece of paper, then pasted it over the address on the backof the magazine and we passed them out when we were promoting our chapter. If you can do labels on your computer, it is easier. I also did that on the back of the flier we got from TOPS. Good luck. mary ann

What a wonderful idea. Our chapter is growing but I don't know if we are going to be able to keep the people. I am not getting anything out of the meetings and I am a co leader. It is terrible. No one wants to stay for the meeting it is so frustrating to me.

I wish you luck and a lot of fun for the parade. Do you all have tee shirts to wear so you all match? That would be great.

Most of us have the new t-shirts. There are a few who don't but they do have other TOPS T-shirts.
