  • I ran out of holidays and we seem to do better when it is not a long time

    June 20th +3.25# This was not a good week and not a good way to start

    June 27th -1 Not as much as I would have liked but at least it is now going the right direction

    July 4th no meeting

    I did not do good this time. Up 4.25# Could have been much worse

  • ok, I am in. I am going to try for a loss or turtle each week, but not set any specific amount. I just need to get more consistent.

    I will try again. This was a bad month for me. Very stressful! But this has helped me in the past. I weigh in on Thursday evenings.

    June 20 ~ I didn't weigh in. I couldn't seem to get everything done in time to go to the meeting. I hope my life slows down soon!

    I AM IN TOO!!! This is how I feel right now. Kinda Blue. But I am going to lose on this challenge. I didnt do very well for the Fathers Day one. I am not setting a certain amout to loose. Just to have a loss.
