Well, today I go sneaker shopping.The ones I ordered online were out of stock so here I go. I need some badly.....

Last night I went to Rite Aid and bought some niacin (for lowering Cholesterol), CHromium Picolinate for helping me lose weight and some Hi Ener-G. W'ell see how that works. I want to hit the 20 lb mark soon.

Looks like it may rain today. I suppose we need it.

PS We had chinese yesterday for lunch and I hope I didnt blow it too badly...

Today was weigh-in for me and I gained another .50 lbs. I'm going the wrong way. I have to get turned around somehow.
