Can't talk long
Sheri-great to have you back. Missed ya girl. Mothers day was nice, except Brandon must not still feel well cuz he was just a little pill. We went shopping and bought a new coffee pot, hubby broke the filter part on the other one, and it wouldn't stay on well while brewing. This one is cool, it has a clean program on it, and we can just brew 1-4 cups if we want. Also bought a vaccum. Giving my other one to mom. This one has a filter bag, and the allergy filter. Called and talked to mom yesterday. My dad has forgotten how to take a bath. He is getting so bad. Can't pick his feet up to walk, and refusses to leave the house. Couldn't even get him to go to nephews birthday party at my sisters.
Went to chinese last night. It was good. didn't have any rice, and had only a few crab ragoons.
I'm going to work harder today on the weight thing, about a week to late.

Sounds like you had a great day. The coffee pot sounds great. The new technology they have is something isn't it? I hope brandon is feeling better today. How do you like the new vaccuum. I will be saying a prayer for your parents for you. It must be so hard to go through this whole thing for you all. It isn't good to see them go downhill. My grandmother is going downhill fast. I have to get over to see her. She is losing all of her muscles. While we were gone she couldn't even feed herself or sit up anymore. It is sad to see her go downhill like that. After knowing what she was like before. She has been unhappy for a long time though since going in the nursing home. I don't blame her. She lost everything at once when she went in there. It is a difficult situation for sure. I think she is just giving up. I hope that the doctors can help your dad.
You have a great day. Good luck with getting back on track today. I think you did great at the chineese place also. No rice is great and the crab things. Although they don't sound good to me.LOL But great job done. You will get turned around. You can do this.
I lost 2 lbs yesterday by eating a lot of fruit and veggies and more milk. The exercise helped to I think.
