Well-I'm feeling a little better with the tooth thing. But still a little sore.
Hubby and I were going to look at campers this weekend, but good old work. Gotta be here. I love my job, I love my job. So we will hold off a week. Not much going on. Hope everyone is staying on plan.

CC i noticed only 7 to go. you go girl. And you've only had 1 gain durning the whole time that you have been doing this. wow. What was the lowest amount of weight off at a given time, and the most. Do you know?
Also for you ladies that are informed well on the bible verses. What is said about sueing. You can email me informaiton, or pm me. The only thing I found was in Matthew. If some one sues you then you give them the cloak too. But that was the only one I could find. I've heard peope in the church where I use to go say that you aren't surpose. Not sure if this will change the persons mind or not. I just know they have been very curious about the issue for some time. I think what was said from the old church keeps popping up in their mind.

Wendy, .5 was the least, and 6 the most. Usually 1 to 2.5 per week but they all add up. I chock my gain up to period bloating and not being able to exercise thru it.

Christie, you will make goal before me girl, I don't plan on being a KOPS anytime soon.

I have a Drs appt on the 19th and plan to lower my goal so I can figure out what what this body of mine wants to weigh. Beacuse I have lost a substantial amount of weight I stand a good chance of being Provincial Queen next year and the way I understand the rules (Thank you Summer) you are disqualified from winning any recognition if you change your goal weight after reaching KOPS status. This old body of mine has been through a lot and it should have a say in what weight it wants to be. So I will lower my goal to an unattainable amount, eat sensinsibly and exercise and when I stop losing weight I will get a final goal slip for that amount plus 7. The last thing I want to do after all this, is fight to maintain an arbitrary number. For years I was 134, and while I don't see that happening ever again ('cause I am an older, wiser, less active person), every time I stepped on the scale I saw that number. I suspect that will happen again, I just don't know my body's new set point.

Gonna post quick before I get knocked off. Could not get on at all.....still major problems with the server and they are blaming the phone company when I called about it.

I LOST!!!!! Needed to lose 3.75 and I went down 4.5#'s! Can't believe I did it, but I did work really hard and being faithful to the water helps so much. Thanks for all your support ladies!!! Couldn't do it without all of you behind my behind. LOLOL!

CC - I think you understood what I said about the queen thing, but I'm not sure with how you posted it above. When I chat with you, I'll make sure that we are on the same page. I could give you some hints to think about also after I read all of your post about thinking about the goal slip. Congrats on your loss. You have done so well and I am proud of you. Yes, those British boys were fabulous yesterday and especially George, bless his peaceful soul. I was always attracted to his quietness and felt a piece of my past disappear when he died. Hard to believe their are only 2 left.

Good Afternoon Ladies
Hope everyone is having a good day. Not alot going on here. Had to take the pup to the Vet's today. She will be having surgery next Thurs. She has a place on her shoulder were she lost her hair. And there is a knot there. When I had her to the Vet's last month they tried to get something out of the knot. But nothing came out. Today though they got some stuff. But the knot is getting bigger. And the hair isn't coming back. They said we could try some antibotics. But not sure if that will help. And still need surgery. Hubby said may as well get it out know and find out what it is.

Mompen. Congrats on your new job. Hope you like it.
Shortstack. Glad your are feeling better. Never had to have a root canal done. But heard they are painful.
Summer. Congrats on the loss. You did wonderful. Knew you would do it. How was the Birthday?

Well I better get off here. Need to straighten up the computer room. The phone company is sending a inter net tech out tomorrow. Have been having problems. But they are trying to put all the blame on us. But my neighbors are having the same trouble. So we will see what happens. Hope everyone has a good evening. Sorry I went on about the pup. But she is our little baby. Just kinda concerned. Thanks for listening.

hello all Thought I would drop by and see how everyone is doing. Looks good. I really dread going to meeting tonight but what will be will be. I have been exercising everyday and I am hoping for the best.
I have a lot to get ready for the meeting tonight so I better go.
