Mothers day challenge
I would like to join in the challenge I sure need it.
I just found this board and new at using it not sure if I am doing it right. I have lost weight many times but never have been able to keep it off I usually give up before even getting close to showing a difference. Elaine |

Welcome to the boards. As Christie said, its a great group here and you will get a lot of support. I find that facing the scale every week at TOPS helps me to control my weight. And being able to talk to these gals about it is great. Nita |

I am very confused on how to use this board:(
I thank you for the greetings I have received and I hope I will learn how to do this. I had to go to a cousins funeral today so I wasn't keeping with my program intention. I was not to bad but will get on the ball tomorrow. Elaine |
Don't worry about being confused about how to use board. After you do it for awhile it will be real easy. The best way to start is to first read the daily thread and then reply to it. if there is no daily thread you can always start one by hitting New thread. To make it a daily thread put the day as the subject. The daily thread is where most post the most.After that just look at other threads and if you want to reply to a specific one just hit post reply on that thread.
