You will have another loss. You have been eating right and doing the exercise you are bound to lose again. Keep up the great work. I hope you are feeling better. But make sure you don't overdo it with the exercise. Listen to your doctor.
You will do fine while delivering your speech just wish I could be there to hear it in person and cheer you on.

I love your motivational sayings. They really keep me going for sure. Just think that if you don't make it this year how very very close you are going to be by the end of the year. You are doing great. Keep up the motivation. We still have 36 more weigh ins before the end of the year. I am going to make it one way or another. Keep up the great spirits and eating right and exercise and you are well on your way to goal. We are here with you.

Good luck with weigh in tonight. I am sure you will have another loss this week. Do you think you will beat your husband this week like last week. You have been doing great and the scale is showing it. Let us know how you do tonight.
I pulled a ligament in my leg and I have to wear a brace on it. Exercising bothers it. I did 2 days this week and now I am done for the week I think. Maybe I will get in one more day. But it won't be today because my knee needs a break it is bothering me from the exercise. It is no big deal and it will be fine. It is not holding me back for sure. I am so pumped up right now and I feel absolutely great today. So that makes it so much easier to stay on plan for sure.

Don't you dare give up what you are doing and get down girl. Just think how much water you drank yesterday. Yes you won the challange but you can't drink that much on weigh in day and get a loss it is impossible. It is ONLY WATER weight. It is not fat. You will lose it and more next week.
Keep doing what you are doing. It is working for you. Even though the scale was up it was a false reading. You will see next week.
Keep the momentum going girl you are heading in the right direction. Remember don't drink much water the day of weigh in. I don't drink my water or exercise the day of weigh in so I won't have a gain.
As for me. I am doing great. My scale is still not down since sunday morning. But I think it is because I have exercised late at night for the past 2 nights. Usually when I do that I don't have a loss the next morning. So we will see tomorrow what it says. It should be down then. I am feeling so great.

Remember when you asked about feeling thin? Well girl I feel like a million bucks today. I said to my husband this morning it sounds stupid but I feel so thin today.LOL
I am getting in all my food groups and I am doing what I am supposed to do. So I am going to keep going. You are doing great to. You will have another loss next week. Just keep going you are heading in the right direction also.
I feel like I have lost 20 lbs and I have so much energy. It probably is all the caffine in the tea I am drinking. I am sure. But I am not bouncing off the walls. I do sleep all night long. But I am not waking up exhausted anymore. Which is great feeling. I cleaned my whole house before work this morning which is amazing. I never do that.LOL I don't like coffee or soda so I don't normally have ANY caffine in me. But I am drinking 1 gal of the green tea a day. I use 12 tea bags and it is strong. I don't like tea but I can drink it. I don't hate it. It sure beats drinking the grapefruit juice my husband is drinking. Plus I am eating all my meals and not drinking them like last week.
Hopefully I will have a loss this week. That will keep me going.
