Well today a new day. My scale says I'm confused. Either I have a gain, or I'm staying the same. So I've come to some conclusions. Since I haven't been writting down everything, and have been eating some things I know I shouldn't I'm back to recording everything. I'm cleaning out my food closet with the chips, and white flour stuff. Going for more whole grain products for sure. We had the spag. the other night, and neither of us could tell a difference. Roy actually felt fuller, and didn't mind. Brandon didn't have a problem eating it either. He thought it was very good. I'm giving my sister some stuff on Monday. I'm also going to buy whole wheat flour. We've cleaned out the living room to make room for the gazell. I have to exercise. Drink my water, and take control. I can do this. There is so much information out there. On good eating, there is no reason why we can't learn to cook better, and change. We are shampooing carpets today, and getting it tomorrow. We decided to put it in the living room, so we can keep an eye on Brandon, and we can also watch tv while doing it. We are moving the vcr back in here too, so we can exercise with Tony. I figured we will get more use of it in there. May not look pretty, but who cares. We are also going to see "Ice Age" today with a bunch of friends and their kids, and then going to some pizza place with games and tubes for the kids to run around in. Not chuckie cheeses. I plan on having a salad there, because we had pizza last night and I ate the crust and everything on 4 pieces. Didn't have the pepp. Had ham, and veggies on mine. I can't wait to try the whole wheat pizza crust. A kid I work with said that it is actually pretty good, and that one of their best selling pizza's was ww, with spinach, and feta cheese. Not sure I could do feta, but probably could do the spinach. I've also made an appointment for my yearly. Oh, fun. I'm thinking I'm going through premenopause. This could explain alot. I've noticed lately that I can't control my eating 1-2 days prior, and 1-2 days durning. I know that could be the pms thing. But it's different. My skin is getting oiler, I really noticed it this time. I thought I was eating for a different reason, nerves. But yesterday at work, and when I got home, I couldn't get enough food. It was like my sugar level wouldn't come up. there are other signs too, that i won't go into with you ladies, cuz you got better things to do. I've read a little on the subject. I can't go till may, so I will keep a mental note on what is going on. So It's a busy weekend here ladies. I hope all goes well for you. Everyone. New day, new beginning, New You. Wendy I am so glad you are going for your yearly. You would be amazed at how many women don't. It is really scary. I am a real nag about them as I had a friend who died when a simple yearly would have saved her life.
I went out to the beach by myself this morning and did the parking lot. My husband is working today. He will not be too happy I went by myself but there are a lot of people out there walking . He worries about me too much. i did 2.5 laps which is 1mile. I know that isn't a lot but that is good for me.
Now I will do Richard. I got his 3 new tapes that I saw on an info mercial. i am very disappointed. I think a lot of people buy his tapes bcause he always had normal overweight people on them. Those that had lost and those that are losing. The last thing we want is to look at buffed bodies. Well this has more men than usual and almost all are fat free with great bodies that have never seen fat. One tapes had several ladies that had lost but camera man really liked to stay on buffed bodies more. I feel ripped off as far as the tapes. There were some other things that were in box that were ok. But I mainly wanted new tapes. I just glanced thru them but they look kinda hard for very heavy
women.

Sounds like you have a new attitude to go with the new week. That is great that you are making the changes. It is so weird we do all we can do for a little while then we slack. But the great thing is that we know when we are slacking and we can change it. I know that the changes will help you to.
I did eat at mcdonalds for lunch but it will be my only meal for the day. I didn't get a chance to exercise this morning so I will do it this afternoon or tonight for sure. I won't let the day end until I do my exercise. Plus it is better that I exercise now or later because then I can work off the chicken parm sandwich and fries I had for lunch. I am drinking my water also to flush out some of it. I have to go shopping and get some more salad stuff. Me and my husband have been having salads for dinner all week. I only cooked one day last week. We had potatoes 1 night last week. I didn't have any though. But it was the first time in 2 1/2 weeks that I made potatoes. My husband is trying to lose the weight also. So it is better doing it alone. I am drinking the fruit juice and he is drinking the grapefruit juice all day long then eating dinner. He has lost 15 lbs so far. But most of it was from the water weight of the beer he drinks. But his stomach is smaller.
Wendy you will do fine at weigh in. Sometimes we worry too much about the scale. You are doing the right thing by cleaning out your cupboards. I will make spaghetti tomorrow night with my new WW angel hair pasta. I am not making 2 different pastas he can eat the WW. It is better for him and he has eaten the elbow macaroni before and didn't say anything.

That is great that you got your walk in. That is okay to walk down there. At least you are truly not alone. Like you said there were plenty of people down there. It took a lot on your part to go alone so that is a great accomplishment today. And to meet with richard all in one day. You are doing great and you will have a loss this week.
You sure do have some great ideas for your chapter this year. I know you will have a successful chapter this year. And best of all you are going to have help along the way.

Our new leader doesn't have the time to put into it. She has already cancelled our time to meet that she set in the first place. Then when we do meet she has said that she can't stay long. So it looks like I will be doing most of the work anyway. I don't know how this is going to work. But I will know this week for sure.
I just enjoy coming up with the contests, prizes and awards for people. That is what I like most. I haven't really come up with programs yet.

I am doing good today with only eating the lunch but it was full of fat. So I will be drinking the rest of the day.

Hey good news my husband said we can try for another baby. I told him I want to be at goal first and try to start in september. I should be at goal by then. Plus I have so much planned for this summer I don't want to be pregnant this summer. I know I am being selfish. But I want to enjoy a summer of being thin before I start packing on the pounds again. I am going to continue to eat good while pregnant also so that I don't gain anymore then what I have to for the baby. That is the plan. Then I won't have so much to lose when the baby is born. Then I will be done having kids. I only want 2. So now I have another reason to reach my goal weight. It is just something I want to do before hand because it is for me.

Hi Everyone,

I went to the workshop today and not much has changed since I was leader before. Actually, I didn't hear of any changes. I was a little disappointed in the classes. Mostly people just wanting to tell what they did in their chapter. Anyway, I don't mean to complain but I was hoping for some good info.
One of the things that I thought was a good idea. This year TOPS theme is "TOPS lights the way" and shows a light house. They were giving out lighthouses as gifts. Our secretary got a set of coasters with lighthouses on them for teaching the secretaries class. And some of the ladies got little light house pins. Good ideas to use in the chapter.

Wendy...I glad that you are getting your yearly checkup. The Dr. can run tests to see if you are in the menopause. Checkups are important. I'm supposed to go for mine next week, but I'm afraid that I will have to change it. Hubby gets Rituxon on the same day and won't be finished in time for me to make my appt. I would let him go by himself, but he could have a reaction and I want to be there.

Eleni...It looks like you have a good exercise routine going.

Lara....How are you doing? Anymore news on the baby?
