Weigh in Thursday!
 

Hi all,

Well I thought I would start a thread tonight seeing that no one started one today yet.

I had weigh in tonight and lost another 1 3/4 lbs tonight. I was so excited. I was sure I would have a gain tonight because I didn't do good for the past 2 days. But I pulled it off. Now I have my spirit back and I am feasting tonight so that I can get back on track with the points and the SB plan tomorrow.

I did do my 5 days of exercise also this week. So that was good. It was not easy to make it all 5 days but I did. I have to start that again tomorrow as well.

Eleni and Christie how did weigh in go tonight?

Have a great night. I will be watching the skating on the olypics tonight. I hope usa wins.

Weigh in stunk!!!!! But it was my own fault. I used my one free weigh in and took a turtle but I actually gained 1 1/4 pound. Next week will be better

Ok weigh in was GREAT!!!! lost 1 and 1/4 pound!!!!!!
Looking for another good week next week too, Lets keep the losses coming ladies :D
