I just joined TOPS today with a neighbor and I would like to know if anyone would like to join me in the mission. I really would like to go through this with a friend. I would love to chat with anyone that is on TOPS.

Just keep coming here for additional support. We have a great bunch of ladies on this board. We are here to not only give support to others, but also receive it back. All of us are in the same boat.....trying to lose weight. I've been on this board for over a year and in TOPS for 9 yrs. There is always a daily thread going and that, I think, is the easiest way to get involved. I wish you luck on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Summer is right. Just come here for your daily dose of vibes and to meet some of the greatest friends you could ever have. If you are serious about losing this weight once and for all then you have come to the right place. We all mess up on occasion but at least we are all in this together until the end. This is a life long battle and we will always be here for you and you can be there for us.

A welcome from another TOPS member. I live in Oregon and go to TOPS meeting every thursday night. I have seen some great results from other members. I have only been going for a short while, but it's great to be with others with the same problems.
