Good morning all. I am still at home but feel much better. I will go back to work tomorrow. I just saw on weather where some of you are getting snow. It does make it more like Christmas. They keep saying we're going to have cooler weather but we have not seen it yet. It will be 80 again today. But that is fine with me.
I made a chart of everyones birthday from the bio's but I am missing some. Would like to have the missing birthdays. Not the year as I know some people do not want to give their age. Just the month and day. Ciecie,Motivation,CC. i don't have yours and would like to have them if you don't mind.
Once I get them maybe I will post them. They have all been posted already. They are just scattered. Or just send it to those that want the list. Or maybe at the beginning of each month I will post for the month. This month i have

Also if there is anyone who hasn't visited our bio thread please do. We enjoy getting to know each other.
I am doing fair on my eating. I am not up to exercising with my cold.Yuck

Summer I am here for you babe. Keep your chin up girl. You can do this. Eleni is right the holidays are supposed to be so happy and it is hard on a lot of us that have weight issues and it makes us misable when we get off track because of it. I didn't end up doing good yesterday. I don't know why but I broke down and had a candy bar. It didn't even taste good. I did terrible today because my boss bought lunch and it was pizza hut pizza. I had 4 slices so I really blew it ladies. I am not much of an example. But I am going to make it through the holiday and I will start fresh the first of the year. I will have 6 months to lose this weight and I am going to do it. It made me feel so terrible tonight when I told my daughter that I had pizza today. She was so upset she said mom now we can't go tubing because you had pizza. I said yes we can honey it will just be a little longer. She is so excited about going just like me. So I am not going to let her down. We will go tubing because I will lose that 10 lbs. But I really think that I will be able to concentrate more after the holidays. But I am not going to throw in the towel now though and eat and eat and eat until the first. But I am not going to be crazy about it. I am just going to let it go and then get serious again. I am not in that mode right now either. Plus I am not doing it right and I need to do it the right way. I was getting focused about the scale and not eating only a lot of fruit then I would get so hungry then eat. So I am going to do it the sensible way and eat more fruit and veggies but get in all the other stuff also. I am going to count the points again so I know that I am not overdoing it and getting in what I need. Then I won't be hungry. I know what to do and I will do it.
So Summer don't give up. You will get it together. We have all had sick households and that makes it hard also. Melissa was and still is sick and you had been sick and me and megan have been sick and eleni and cc have been sick and christie. So we all have not been 100% for one reason or the other. When we are over tired it doesn't help. We feel down and put ourselves down.
So we can do this and we will do this together so cheer up lady a new year is coming and you will be 10 lbs lighter when you escort those ladies down that stage. Like CC says I can see you swaying in the breeze looking great girl.
I got $100.00 from my boss today for a christmas present. He gave us all money today. I was shocked I didn't expect that. And when he gave us the envelope I really thought it was only $50.00. So I am going to take that money and buy 2 gift certificates to the spa for my message. That way they will be paid for and waiting for me to use them when I reach my 20 lb and my 40 lb loss. Now I don't have to worry that when I do make my goal I wouldn't be able to go. Now I know I can go because I will have the gift certificates. Hopefully I can get them tomorrow or this weekend. At least I have the money now. It is now up to me to do the work. At least it makes the goal more realistic now that I really can go. We are really low on money these days and that is causing a lot of stress here to get the bills paid. I know you all know how that is I know you are all in the same boat. It isn't easy is it? But hey we are happy, healthy people and that is worth a million bucks in my book and to have such great friends is priceless. Thanks for all the friends here online that I have met you are all great people.
