What is TOPS
 

I am at my wits end of trying. I know that I don't want to give up but I can't seem to stick with Weight Watchers. I am in search of something new and refreshing. Can someone give me the basics of TOPS?

Any help would be appreciated.:o

Hi.....Don't give up, we all feel like that at times. I brought up the thread titled "TOPS". In that, Eleni has explained in detail about Tops and what happens at a Tops meeting. I really enjoy my Tops Club and have made a lot of good friends there. We weigh-in before the meeting. Then we start the meeting with our pledge and then roll call. We have a short business meeting and then a program. We also have contests and receive awards for our weight loss. Tops is a nonprofit weight loss support group. There is a lot more, but it is explained in the other thread. You are allowed to visit one time to see what it is all about.

Don't get discouraged. You CAN do it. Coming to this site and posting is also a big help. We encourage each other.
