Best TOPS contest
 

I have to come up with a new contest for our club, so girls, give me hand. What was the best contest you've participated in? Any help is REALLY appreciated!

We are doing one now that is a bowling contest.
Entry fee was .50 cents and that will be the prize.
A loss counts as a strike (X), a turtle counts as a spare (/) and a gain counts as a gutterball (0). Missing a meeting is a gutterball and you pay a fine if you gain, which also goes in the prize purse.
It lasts for 10 to 12 weeks. Score is also counted as in bowling. A strike and you count the next two, get a spare and you count the next one. We have enough money to have a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner.

Another favorite of ours is the mega money. You are paid play money for doing certain things and the gainers bring in a wrapped gift. At the end of the contest, you have an auction and buy the gifts with the play money that you earned. This is a lot of fun.

I have others, but I need to get going tonight. We're having an county vote tomorrow and I'm working the polls.

Nita, The bowling idea is good but very close to the Survivor game we just finished. The Mega money one is great, it sounds like a lot of fun and just in time for Christmas to!
