Joining on Monday
 

I am going to join my local Tops on Monday. I know all the right things to do in regards to eatting and exercising but I don't have the willpower to follow it through.

I think the accountability of Tops will help me in this regards. My question is what can I expect from a meeting? I have never gone nor do I know anyone who is a member.

I just know you will like Tops, It really does help to be accountable each week in this weightloss journey , and there are alot of great people involved in this club, For alot of us though, we get most of our help and motivation here on this board...we have a food tracker, and a December challenge going right now ... feel free to join in with all of us :) and as far as the meetings go I will move a post that Eleni put on here about Tops to the Top of the board...it should answer any questions you might have... Good luck and like I said feel free to join in on anything we have here, It is our online Tops family that makes a world of difference through the week before weigh ins:wave:

Christie, Thanks for the 'pull' you are giving me. I know you will regain your KOPS real soon!!! That loss you had has given you a great 'push' in the right direction!!!!!!!
